The National Center for the Advancement of Semiconductor Technology (Natcast) is dedicated to operating the National Semiconductor Technology Center (NSTC) consortium established by the CHIPS Act. As a public-private partnership, Natcast drives research and development in semiconductor technology in the U.S., facilitating collaboration between government, industry, and academia to overcome technological barriers, foster innovation, and build a capable workforce. Natcast's mission is to re-establish U.S. leadership in semiconductor design and manufacturing.
