- Experience with Hubspot, Google Workspace, Airtable, Notion
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently and tech-savvy
- Self-starter, independent and takes ownership of tasks
- Desire to learn, upskill, and participate in courses
Nice to have
- Event planning experience
- Project management experience
- Basic video editing skills
- Knowledge of automation tools like Zapier
- Can-do attitude
- Experience hiring freelancers on Fiverr and Upwork
Day to day
- Supporting day-to-day business operations and personal tasks
- Managing inbox and calendar for email, LinkedIn, Slack, and more
- CRM updates, following up with prospects, and ensuring smart decision-making reports
- Organising events from intimate dinners to large team retreats
- Assisting with HR tasks like onboarding, celebrations, and client delight
- Financial tracking, special projects, and process automation
