Who you are
- Minimum 7 years of direct experience as an executive assistant or senior administrative assistant
- Advanced knowledge of online software like Google Workspace Office 365 and Zoom
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
- Highly organized with excellent time management
- Quick learner with strong writing skills
- Excellent interpersonal communication
- Able to work independently under pressure of deadlines
What the job involves
- Providing top-notch administrative support for Fortune 500 companies and not-for-profits
- Choosing clients based on company and organizational values and preferences
- Creating partnerships with executives across a variety of industries
- Maintaining appointment schedules and calendars
- Planning and scheduling meetings conferences and travel
- Making travel arrangements including flight and hotel bookings
- Calling on executives' behalf
- Managing multiple email inboxes for executives
- Managing expenses
- Providing customer/supplier support
- Fulfilling other executive admin responsibilities as needed
