What the job involves
In this role, you will be providing top-notch administrative support for executives, choosing clients based on mutual preferences and company values.
You will maintain appointment schedules, plan and schedule meetings, conferences, and travel, manage email inboxes, and provide customer/supplier support among other executive administrative responsibilities.
This is a full-time and 100% remote position requiring availability during business hours, with no night or weekend work, and offers experience across various industries.
