Who you are

  • Around two years' experience in an Executive or Personal Assistant role, or similar position
  • Experience of diary management, minute taking, and organizing meetings and events
  • Excellent communication skills and experience working with senior employees and Board members
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to liaise with a wide range of people
  • Dedicated to consistently maintaining confidentiality
  • Ability to occasionally travel to Group offices in Birmingham Business Park and Central Park, Worcester



What the job involves

  • Provide confidential, high-level administrative and project support to the Chief Investment Officer (CIO) and the Asset Management leadership team
  • Thrive in a dynamic environment and effectively manage diaries, take minutes, and organize meetings and events
  • Coordinate and collate information from a wide range of people, delivering high standards of work while consistently maintaining confidentiality
