5+ years Administrative Business Support or customer service experience in an environment with an emphasis on scheduling meetings/events travel management and administration work for executive/upper level management
1+ year experience supporting a sales ecosystem
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Business Administration Human Resources [HR] Marketing Communications Psychology Sociology) OR equivalent experience
2+ years experience serving as mentor to others
3+ years experience reviewing and managing administrative budgets (e.g., for events morale travel training)

What the job involves
Proactively manage and prioritize complex calendars and make administrative decisions and requests for information on behalf of the General Managers based on understanding of business group priorities
Travel logistics management and trip preparation
Reconcile and submit expense reports & act as the interim approver for all team expenses ensuring coding accuracy
Create and proactively manage relevant security groups and distribution lists/aliases
Plan and own the coordination of logistics for complex internal team events including offsites All Hands morale events and other events as needed
Build and leverage a cross-organizational network to enable teamwork and participate in the Business Support community
Daily team support including new hire set up purchase order management and processing invoices
Ensure compliance with administrative operations policies and procedures and drive compliance within your organization
Balance multiple projects end to end with varying deadlines
