Who you are

  • 5+ years Administrative Business Support or customer service experience in an environment with an emphasis on scheduling meetings/events travel management and administration work for executive/upper level management
  • 1+ year experience supporting a sales ecosystem
  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Business Administration Human Resources [HR] Marketing Communications Psychology Sociology) OR equivalent experience
  • 2+ years experience serving as mentor to others
  • 3+ years experience reviewing and managing administrative budgets (e.g., for events morale travel training)

What the job involves

  • Proactively manage and prioritize complex calendars and make administrative decisions and requests for information on behalf of the General Managers based on understanding of business group priorities
  • Travel logistics management and trip preparation
  • Reconcile and submit expense reports & act as the interim approver for all team expenses ensuring coding accuracy
  • Create and proactively manage relevant security groups and distribution lists/aliases
  • Plan and own the coordination of logistics for complex internal team events including offsites All Hands morale events and other events as needed
  • Build and leverage a cross-organizational network to enable teamwork and participate in the Business Support community
  • Daily team support including new hire set up purchase order management and processing invoices
  • Ensure compliance with administrative operations policies and procedures and drive compliance within your organization
  • Balance multiple projects end to end with varying deadlines
