Requirements
- At least 15 years of experience in financial services
- Senior leadership experience as SVP EVP Managing Director or C-suite
- Broad active network across banks FinTechs insurers hedge funds wealth management firms and PE groups
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles AI transformations and modern FinTech tech stacks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Day to day
- Provide senior-level strategic technology advice to existing and prospective financial services clients
- Advise on legacy modernization core banking transitions AI adoption and regulatory compliance challenges
- Leverage an extensive industry network to create introductions and build strategic partnerships for Plan A
- Guide leadership on financial sector market trends to shape service offerings and growth
