Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree 2:1 or higher in a life science or closely related subject
- Ideally an MSc and or PhD
- Experience as a Principal Medical Writer or Scientific Team Lead in a medical communications agency
- Proven line management experience
- Experience managing and developing a team of medical writers
- Strong leadership and influencing skills in a commercial environment
- Excellent organisation and project management skills
- Full understanding of industry regulations and guidelines for medical communications

Day to day
- Lead large medical communications projects and specific workstreams across varied deliverables
