Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in sales supply chain project management export business or customer service
- Experience in food service or retail foodservice preferred
- Fluent in English and Spanish a plus
- Knowledge of export compliance and documentation requirements
- Strong project management and analytical problem-solving skills
- Ability to investigate research and resolve issues
- Advanced Microsoft Excel Word and PowerPoint skills
- Ability to use AS400 Data Tracker BI JDE Legacy and SharePoint
- Strong organizational decision-making and communication skills

Day to day
- Manage export compliance and documentation for international shipments to reduce customs delays and support smooth clearance.
- Coordinate commercialization activities for new export items, working closely with internal teams to accelerate approvals and launches.
- Lead project update meetings, track milestones, and provide reporting to help export customers and sales teams stay informed and on schedule.
