Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
- Sales experience in Bone Biologics and Cartilage or equivalent in the Extremities surgical specialty
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Strong organizational communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced field-based sales environment
- Ability to manage effectively and ethically within company policies laws and AdvaMed Guidelines
- Knowledge of relevant quality systems and regulatory requirements
- Must be able to travel 75% or more as needed
