Remote Fabrication Engineer Job in United States QuantumBricks

Who you are

• Strong knowledge of semiconductor fabrication processes including lithography, etching, deposition, and metrology
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as JMP, Minitab, or MATLAB
• Familiarity with SPC, DOE (Design of Experiments), and root cause analysis techniques
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Attention to detail and a proactive attitude

Desirables

• Experience with advanced node technologies (e.g., 5nm, 7nm) and process scaling challenges
• Familiarity with process control methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing
• Hands-on experience in failure analysis and defect detection tools such as SEM or FIB

What the job involves

• Develop and optimize fabrication processes, including lithography, etching, deposition, ion implantation, and chemical-mechanical polishing (CMP), to achieve desired device performance
• Operate and maintain advanced semiconductor manufacturing equipment such as photolithography systems and plasma etchers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transfer new processes and technologies from development to production
