Requirements
- Graduate with regular degree only
- Senior Faculty: UPSC Mains qualified or minimum 5 years teaching experience or IIT/IIM graduate with strong subject expertise
- Mentor: UPSC or State PCS Prelims qualified with strong syllabus understanding
- Content Development: graduate from listed reputed institutions only
- Only regular degrees accepted; diploma online and correspondence degrees not eligible
- IIM diploma qualifications accepted as an exception

Day to day
- Teach UPSC and State PCS subjects with clarity and depth
