Power Digital is a growth marketing firm fueled by technology and driven by a talented team of consultative marketers, creatives, analysts and technologists. We ignite revenue growth and brand recognition for leading and emerging brands around the world.

Marketing is no longer about a singular offer or what your brand presents visually. It’s a sprawling journey with countless touch points.

Consumers shop with their values and gravitate towards brands they trust. They want to be a part of a tribe. A story. What’s more, the path to purchase needs to be fast, frictionless and personable.

The media landscape is vastly different, too. Measurement is smarter but also harder than ever.

Marketing should be a strategic business driver, a road that leads to profitable revenue growth and brand lift.

We take the guesswork out of marketing, making the most from your investment so you get what you really care about: growth, handled from planning to execution.

Our experienced team develops custom marketing playbooks fueled by your data, market trends and industry insights to set you apart from the competition, designed to drive revenue and brand lift.

Our proprietary technology, nova, analyzes a company’s digital ecosystem using multiple first-party data sources to build informed and custom marketing plans. And, nova de-risks investments by optimizing capital allocation––putting marketers, operators and the investment community in a strategic seat at the table.

When you know the customer journey, singular channels don’t matter because you’re building a strategic program. That’s what we are in the business of: igniting growth and brand recognition for the brands we are lucky to call our clients.

Who We Are

Power Digital is an AI-Native Growth Firm built at the intersection of world-class talent and proprietary technology. We help leading and emerging brands grow by combining deep vertical expertise, strategic thinking, and enterprise intelligence to drive measurable business outcomes.

For more than a decade, we have built our business around one belief: the best technology makes great people better. Our teams of strategists, creatives, analysts, and technologists use Omega, our AI operating system, to surface opportunities faster, investigate what is driving performance, and execute approved work with greater speed and precision. Behind Omega is Iris, our proprietary intelligence layer, built on years of real performance data, strategic frameworks, testing, and learnings from across our client portfolio. AI expands the capacity of our people to think, create, solve harder problems, and make better decisions. Human judgment, creativity, and accountability remain central to how we work.

As a people-first firm, we value diversity in backgrounds and experiences. We strongly believe our people and culture are key to our success. We partner closely with our clients as an extension of their teams, working across strategy, execution, and measurement to identify what is truly blocking growth and determine what to do next. Our culture is built on people who are curious, ambitious, accountable, and committed to delivering meaningful results for our clients and for one another.

At Power Digital, we believe the future belongs to teams that combine the best talent with the best technology. We are building that future today.

We support 100% remote, in-office, or hybrid work styles for anyone legally eligible to work in the U.S.

A Day In The Life

You'll own a portfolio of 4–6 fashion and apparel accounts. These clients move fast — seasonal drops, trend-driven creative, influencer campaigns that need to be in market in days, not weeks.

The growth constraints in fashion are usually one of three things: the brand is winning on product but losing on customer acquisition efficiency; they're acquiring customers but not retaining them; or their creative is outpacing their targeting strategy (or vice versa). Your job is to find which one it is, build the roadmap, and hold the team to it.
