Requirements

  • 5-8+ years in field marketing or a closely related role
  • Direct experience running trade shows and sponsored conferences
  • Experience with partner events and co-marketing
  • Experience building strategic business events with Sales
  • Comfort owning budgets vendors contracts and on-site logistics
  • Strong written communication
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%

  • Technical audience experience

  • Lean remote async environment

Day to day

  • Own partner events and trade shows end to end, from planning through on-site execution and follow-up
  • Design and run strategic business events with Sales, including executive dinners, roundtables, and high-touch gatherings aimed at target accounts
  • Evaluate event opportunities, manage sponsorships, budgets, vendors, logistics, and promotion, then report on performance and improve the program
