Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering Mechatronics Engineering Electrical Engineering Systems Engineering or related technical discipline
- 3–7+ years of experience in motion systems industrial automation machine design controls integration or application engineering
- Experience supporting OEMs machine builders systems integrators or industrial manufacturers
- Experience developing or supporting complex industrial machinery and integrated electromechanical systems
- Strong understanding of precision mechanical motion systems linear guides actuators bearings and mechanical power transmission
- Strong understanding of servo and stepper motion systems PLC-based control systems VFDs and industrial networking
- Knowledge of robotics collaborative robots industrial sensors machine vision and functional safety concepts
- CAD software experience including SolidWorks Creo or AutoCAD
- Experience with PLC programming or industrial software preferred

Day to day
- Design complete mechatronic systems by integrating mechanical motion electrical controls sensors software robotics and automation technologies
- Partner with OEMs machine builders integrators and engineering teams to translate application needs into optimized electromechanical solutions
- Support sales with technical presentations CAD models system diagrams proposal input and customer troubleshooting while collaborating across engineering disciplines
