Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Thermal Engineering or similar field
- 3+ years as an application engineer sales engineer or similar role
- Experience with data center thermal management or power distribution
- Familiarity with liquid cooling technologies such as cold plates immersion and RDHx
- Tools for thermal analysis with CFD knowledge as a plus
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to read engineering drawings and specifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to travel to customer sites across Europe

Day to day
- Engage customers early to gather detailed technical requirements for cooling and power solutions.
- Analyze rack densities heat loads facility parameters and redundancy needs to recommend the most suitable HDLC and iPDU configurations.
- Prepare technical proposals demos and on-site support that demonstrate compliance performance and reliable integration.
- Act as the technical advisor for customers and internal teams while providing training troubleshooting and feedback to product engineering.
