Requirements
- Strong knowledge of relays contactors power switching or electromechanical systems
- Solid understanding of electrical and mechanical engineering principles
- Experience supporting customer applications and technical solutions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Commercial awareness and customer focused mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Engineering degree or equivalent industry experience
- Experience working within regulated environments
- Knowledge of CE UL VDE TUV or similar approvals
- Experience supporting OEM customers and distributor networks
- Previous coaching mentoring or technical leadership experience

Day to day
- Analyse customer requirements and recommend relay and contactor solutions for diverse applications
- Support customer projects from concept through validation and implementation with clear technical guidance
- Resolve technical application and manufacturing challenges while acting as the technical point of contact
- Deliver product demonstrations technical presentations and training sessions to customers and distributors
- Contribute to new product introductions product roadmap discussions and compliance activities
