Requirements
- Hold a Ph.D. in biomedical science or related field
- Have at least 3 years of practical laboratory experience
- Specialize in Immunology, Immuno-oncology, Oncology, Neurobiology, Infectious Diseases, or Auto Immune Diseases
- Expertise in biological imaging, gene expression, multiplex assays, and more
- Possess excellent organizational and communication skills
- Deliver scientific presentations effectively to diverse audiences
- Travel regionally up to 50-75% of the time
- Based in the UK with good transportation connections

- Spatial Biology technologies
- Single-cell RNA sequencing
- Biostatistics
- Drug discovery/development understanding
- Commercial/Industry experience
- Experience with Salesforce CRM
Day to day
- Engage with customers to educate, support, and train on Bruker Spatial Biology’s products and platforms
- Conduct seminars in pre-sales environments to collaborate with customers on scientific projects
- Provide post-sales support including training and project scoping
- Analyze data to accelerate technology adoption and troubleshoot when necessary
- Identify opportunities and build relationships to promote Bruker Spatial Biology’s technologies
- Collaborate with CX Team counterparts and contribute to process improvement
- Mentor and train other CX Team members
- Complete administrative duties as required
