Requirements
- BS in Engineering from an accredited university plus 5+ years of experience or 10+ years of significantly related experience
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and in a group setting
- Available for on-call support during start-up or commissioning
- Ability to write technical reports and document performance measurements
- Ability to work and interact with customers and vendors
- Ability to work in loud environments
- Skilled in MS Excel MS Word and MS PowerPoint
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Experience in the Water Waste / Water industry a plus
- Experience with controls equipment PLC HMI IO etc. a plus
Day to day
- Respond to customer service calls and determine the correct corrective actions for complex industrial systems.
- Commission and operate process equipment while training customers during start-up and support activities.
- Perform mechanical electrical and controls inspections troubleshoot faults and drive continuous improvement using field data and operational findings.
