Who you are
- Seasoned experience in UK&I Field Marketing roles within enterprise-focused software and/or SaaS organisations
- Hands-on marketing experience in driving and executing successful marketing programs
- Skilled in leading creative, compelling, regionalised integrated marketing campaigns that generate demand and drive measurable results
- Demonstrated ability to organise, prioritise, and multitask under tight deadlines
- Knowledge of current digital marketing technologies and techniques
- Working knowledge of SFDC and Marketo
- Great relationship building, thought leadership, and negotiation skills
- Ability to mentor and develop early career talent
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong initiative and ability to work independently or collaboratively
What the job involves
- The Field Marketing Director is responsible for defining the GTM strategy in the UK&I region.
- They will execute marketing programs to develop new prospects, improve customer retention, and support partner marketing engagement.
- They will partner closely with the UK&I sales organization and pan-EMEA teams to implement go-to-market plans.
