Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field preferred
3-5 years’ experience in marketing, preferable in real estate or with a franchise organization
Direct experience in project management and project based environment
Proven experience in developing marketing campaigns and materials with supporting proven results
Ability to optimize brand resources into a comprehensive strategy
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
Superior skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
Strong attention to detail
Pronounced initiative and ability to problem solve in a fast paced environment
Vendor management experience preferred
This role does not have any direct reports, management experience not required
Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time (about 2 events per year)

What the job involves
Support and oversee marketing projects, campaigns, tools and resources to increase brand awareness and network marketing support, including managing frequency, cadence, and content mix of projects
Develop marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, social media posts, and email campaigns for the affiliate network through our creative firm
Assist with the planning and management of national events to showcase brand products and drive network engagement
Manage brand marketing programs and platform, including overall management of the brand luxury marketing program and other marketing platforms, including management of marketing materials on brand extranet
Work with the internal teams, agency partners and vendors to align marketing efforts with goals and provide support as needed
Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, programs and platforms to provide insights for improvement
