What the job involves

• Lead our Blade Supervisor team in the Onshore Service Region of Northern Europe and the Middle East
• Guide a mobile unit of 15 Blade Supervisors and a Resource Coordinator to ensure specialist blade repair resources are available
• Collaborate with project managers, operations teams, procurement, and resource management and planning stakeholders
• Report to the Regional Field Resource Manager and oversee site operations for major blade campaigns and damage remedies
