Education in engineering or relevant training/experience
At least 3 years of relevant experience
Available for national and international travel
Valid driver's license and passport
Knowledge of PLC Allen Bradley and Siemens
Knowledge of electrical wiring and reading schematics
Ability to interact and communicate with different customers and colleagues internationally
Ability to perform multiple types of tasks
Analytical mind for problem-solving
Ability to work under pressure
What the job involves
Support customers by offering technical assistance during preventive or curative maintenance.
Resolve service issues related to products and carry out service contracts.
Travel internationally to repair defective systems and troubleshoot remotely.
Diagnose and repair failures on-site, program and troubleshoot PLC, HMI, and Drive, debug and recalibrate laser systems.
Participate in the start-up and integration of company systems, provide technical assistance over phone/email, manage after-sale database, follow up with customers, train client's on-site staff, identify customer needs for service contracts during visits.
