Requirements
- Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
- Legal right to work in the UK
- No restrictions that would prevent UK Security Clearance SC
- Flexibility for variable start and finish times
- Proven experience as a printer and MFP engineer with board level repair
- Demonstrated ability to repair laptops and desktops to board level
- Hands-on experience providing desk side support for Windows environments
- Experience with hands-and-feet network support including switch replacement patching and hardware swaps
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills

Day to day
- Provide break-fix support for printers MFPs laptops desktops and related hardware
- Diagnose and repair devices to board level with accuracy and efficiency
- Deliver Level 1 desk side support for Windows-based systems and hands-and-feet network support across customer sites
- Maintain accurate work records parts usage and service updates while delivering excellent customer service
