Requirements
- HNC HND NVQ Level 3 or above or Degree in Electronics Electrical Engineering Biomedical Engineering Medical Engineering or equivalent
- Proven experience diagnosing and repairing complex medical imaging electronic or electromechanical systems
- Strong logical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently
- Experience supporting MRI systems is highly desirable and other advanced imaging modalities will be considered
- Good understanding of IT infrastructure networking system connectivity cybersecurity principles and remote diagnostics
- Ability to learn and apply technical knowledge across multiple products and technologies
- Strong customer focus with excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Proactive approach to service improvement and customer satisfaction
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively throughout the Northwest
- Residence within a suitable location to support customers across Northwest England

Day to day
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair advanced MRI systems across customer sites in the Northwest
- Provide expert field-based technical support to resolve mechanical electrical hardware software and networking issues
- Build strong customer relationships while maintaining accurate service records and ensuring compliance with quality regulatory and health and safety standards
