Who you are
Minimum 5 years experience as an electrician or technician in the automotive sector.
Experience with telematics devices and complex automotive systems installation diagnostics is preferred.
Strong teamwork skills and ownership of tasks coupled with excellent documentation skills using MS Office.

What the job involves
Ensure the proper field support and quality for our installation partners resellers and self-installation customers.
Work on technical documentation and installation partner training in line with management strategy.
Perform onboarding training for new and already enrolled partners and conduct training sessions for self-installed customers.
