Who you are
- Minimum 5 years experience as an electrician or technician in the automotive sector.
- Experience with telematics devices and complex automotive systems installation diagnostics is preferred.
- Strong teamwork skills and ownership of tasks coupled with excellent documentation skills using MS Office.

What the job involves
- Ensure the proper field support and quality for our installation partners resellers and self-installation customers.
- Work on technical documentation and installation partner training in line with management strategy.
- Perform onboarding training for new and already enrolled partners and conduct training sessions for self-installed customers.
