Requirements
- HND or above in Engineering
- Background in Mechatronics or Electronics
- Knowledge of automation within the food industry desirable
- Proven troubleshooting and problem solving experience
- Strong customer stakeholder engagement skills

- Ability to travel across the UK and Ireland

Day to day
- Travel to customer sites across the UK and Ireland to service robotic packaging equipment and complete installations.
- Lead troubleshooting and corrective action planning to restore equipment performance quickly and effectively.
- Build proactive relationships with customer contacts and train on-site operatives and maintenance staff.
