Role
Who you are
- Hold NVQ or higher in Mechanical Electrical or Chemical Engineering or similar or proven experience
- Possess a full UK driving license
- Experience as a Service Engineer Test Engineer or in a field-based technical support role
- Working knowledge of electrical/mechanical equipment
- Advantageous experience with reverse-osmosis water systems and/or biosafety airflow cabinets
- Good organizational skills attention to detail and ability to prioritize workload
- Provide first-class customer service
- Professional and diligent approach to work and communication
- Work well both in a team and independently
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Competent in IT knowledge of PLC controls and Business CRMs
Desirables
- Knowledge of Healthcare and Scientific market
- Spoken French
- Spoken German

- Learn to support various laboratory equipment
- Work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
- Provide out-of-hours cover and rapid response on a rotational basis
