Requirements
- 4+ years in technical pre-sales solutions engineering solutions architecture or technology consulting
- 3+ years in dedicated pre-sales or solutions engineering role
- Strong technical ability sales acumen and customer interaction skills
- Fluent English with excellent oral and written communication
- Hands-on experience in observability ITSM or database management and performance
- Experience with AWS and Azure cloud technologies
- Understanding of hybrid cloud architectures and modern infrastructure
- Strong reasoning analytical and technical troubleshooting skills
- Self-starter capable of managing multiple pre-sales engagements
- Ability to mentor and coach junior team members
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Computing Engineering or equivalent experience

Day to day
- Own the pre-sales technical strategy for complex enterprise opportunities across the UKI market.
- Lead deep discovery sessions, design tailored solutions, and articulate clear business value for customers.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations, execute complex POCs/POVs, and provide advanced troubleshooting and technical guidance.
