Requirements

  • 4+ years in technical pre-sales solutions engineering solutions architecture or technology consulting
  • 3+ years in dedicated pre-sales or solutions engineering role
  • Strong technical ability sales acumen and customer interaction skills
  • Fluent English with excellent oral and written communication
  • Hands-on experience in observability ITSM or database management and performance
  • Experience with AWS and Azure cloud technologies
  • Understanding of hybrid cloud architectures and modern infrastructure
  • Strong reasoning analytical and technical troubleshooting skills
  • Self-starter capable of managing multiple pre-sales engagements
  • Ability to mentor and coach junior team members
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Computing Engineering or equivalent experience

Day to day

  • Own the pre-sales technical strategy for complex enterprise opportunities across the UKI market.
  • Lead deep discovery sessions, design tailored solutions, and articulate clear business value for customers.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations, execute complex POCs/POVs, and provide advanced troubleshooting and technical guidance.
