Requirements
- Recognised accountancy qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA etc) or passed finalist
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to pro-actively develop positive and highly effective working relationships
- Motivated by continuous improvement and delivering high quality outputs
- Experience of providing commercial analysis and evaluation
- Strong IT skills e.g. Excel & PowerPoint
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to summarise complex data and matters and communicate effectively
- Capable of managing multiple tasks & stakeholders while working to tight deadlines
- Experience working within a large organisation dealing with group teams producing summarised information would be advantageous
Day to day
- Collaborate closely with the Business Performance Manager to produce top-notch materials on business performance
- Contribute to informed decision-making processes
- Partner with the business to provide insights helping drive better decision making and improved performance
