Who you are

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Advanced understanding of accounting principles and financial statement analysis
• Proficient in Workday Adaptive Planning and Microsoft Excel
• Capable of handling confidential information with discretion
• Strong analytical numerical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent ability to communicate complex financial data clearly
• Ability to work independently and within team settings
• Willingness to travel occasionally with valid driver’s license

What the job involves

• Assists with all components of the annual budget process from start to finish including training data provision. analysis. process improvement. and preparation of budget packages for the Board
• Analyzes and monitors current and past financial trends to assess performance against industry metrics
• Prepares and presents financial reports dashboards charts and graphs
• Prepares ad hoc financial analyses and FTE reports as needed
• Works closely with operational team members and leadership to support financial decisions
