Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Advanced understanding of accounting principles and financial statement analysis
- Proficient in Workday Adaptive Planning and Microsoft Excel
- Capable of handling confidential information with discretion
- Strong analytical numerical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent ability to communicate complex financial data clearly
- Ability to work independently and within team settings
- Willingness to travel occasionally with valid driver’s license

Day to day
- Assists with all components of the annual budget process from start to finish including training data provision. analysis. process improvement. and preparation of budget packages for the Board
- Analyzes and monitors current and past financial trends to assess performance against industry metrics
- Prepares and presents financial reports dashboards charts and graphs
- Prepares ad hoc financial analyses and FTE reports as needed
- Works closely with operational team members and leadership to support financial decisions
