Who you are
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
Advanced understanding of accounting principles and financial statement analysis
Proficient in Workday Adaptive Planning and Microsoft Excel
Capable of handling confidential information with discretion
Strong analytical numerical and problem-solving skills
Excellent ability to communicate complex financial data clearly
Ability to work independently and within team settings
Willingness to travel occasionally with valid driver’s license

What the job involves
Assists with all components of the annual budget process from start to finish including training data provision. analysis. process improvement. and preparation of budget packages for the Board
Analyzes and monitors current and past financial trends to assess performance against industry metrics
Prepares and presents financial reports dashboards charts and graphs
Prepares ad hoc financial analyses and FTE reports as needed
Works closely with operational team members and leadership to support financial decisions
