Requirements
- Currently enrolled in Accounting, Finance or a major oriented toward Quantitative Analysis
- Bachelor’s degree must be completed prior to 1st day of employment
- Superior record of achievement within and outside the classroom
- Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
- Intellectually curious with a desire to improve processes
- Experience with financial modeling, Excel, PowerPoint and Data Visualization and Analytics
- Exposure to key operational and financial accounting concepts including inventory, procurement, payables, receivables, expense, and revenue
- U.S. Work Authorization REQUIRED
Day to day
- Participate in a 2-year rotational program in Denver, CO, consisting of four 6-month assignments across different finance areas.
- Engage in mentorship programs, supplemental classroom activities, and executive seminars to enhance leadership and business competencies.
- Develop technical skills and gain exposure to finance operations through rotations in Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis, Internal Audit, Investor Relations, Procurement and Supply Chain Analytics, Real Estate, Tax, Treasury and Debt Capital Markets.
