Currently enrolled in Accounting, Finance or a major oriented toward Quantitative Analysis
Bachelor’s degree must be completed prior to 1st day of employment
Superior record of achievement within and outside the classroom
Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
Intellectually curious with a desire to improve processes
Experience with financial modeling, Excel, PowerPoint and Data Visualization and Analytics
Exposure to key operational and financial accounting concepts including inventory, procurement, payables, receivables, expense, and revenue
U.S. Work Authorization REQUIRED
What the job involves
Participate in a 2-year rotational program in Denver, CO, consisting of four 6-month assignments across different finance areas.
Engage in mentorship programs, supplemental classroom activities, and executive seminars to enhance leadership and business competencies.
Develop technical skills and gain exposure to finance operations through rotations in Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis, Internal Audit, Investor Relations, Procurement and Supply Chain Analytics, Real Estate, Tax, Treasury and Debt Capital Markets.
