Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in Accounting, Finance or a major oriented toward Quantitative Analysis
  • Bachelor’s degree must be completed prior to 1st day of employment
  • Superior record of achievement within and outside the classroom
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
  • Intellectually curious with a desire to improve processes
  • Experience with financial modeling, Excel, PowerPoint and Data Visualization and Analytics
  • Exposure to key operational and financial accounting concepts including inventory, procurement, payables, receivables, expense, and revenue
  • U.S. Work Authorization REQUIRED

Day to day

  • Participate in a 2-year rotational program in Denver, CO, consisting of four 6-month assignments across different finance areas.
  • Engage in mentorship programs, supplemental classroom activities, and executive seminars to enhance leadership and business competencies.
  • Develop technical skills and gain exposure to finance operations through rotations in Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis, Internal Audit, Investor Relations, Procurement and Supply Chain Analytics, Real Estate, Tax, Treasury and Debt Capital Markets.
