Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business management, or economics
- 4+ years of experience in Private Equity or Credit, Investment Banking, Consulting, Data Analytics
- Proven ability to conceptualize and develop financial models
- Advanced level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Highest standards of accuracy and precision
- Highly organized
- Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills

Day to day
- The Finance & Operations Analyst will act as an analyst, strategist, and demand planner
- They will drive operational efficiency and track day-to-day performance against key metrics
- Report to Senior Manager, FP&A and dotted line to VP, Strategic Operations, working cross functionally
