Requirements
- Previous experience in finance administration operations support or a similar role
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong IT skills particularly Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
- Proactive problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in waste management logistics transport or environmental services is advantageous
- Familiarity with invoicing systems ERP software CRM platforms or weighbridge systems is desirable
- GCSEs A-Levels or equivalent qualifications
- Finance accounting business administration or related qualifications are beneficial

Day to day
- Support financial administration for customer invoicing supplier invoice processing and financial reporting
- Coordinate operational tasks including route planning service issue logging and liaison with drivers customers and partners
- Maintain accurate compliance records digital files and system data while resolving discrepancies and assisting with enquiries
