Requirements

  • Previous experience in finance administration operations support or a similar role
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong IT skills particularly Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
  • Proactive problem-solving skills
  • Previous experience in waste management logistics transport or environmental services is advantageous
  • Familiarity with invoicing systems ERP software CRM platforms or weighbridge systems is desirable
  • GCSEs A-Levels or equivalent qualifications
  • Finance accounting business administration or related qualifications are beneficial

Day to day

  • Support financial administration for customer invoicing supplier invoice processing and financial reporting
  • Coordinate operational tasks including route planning service issue logging and liaison with drivers customers and partners
  • Maintain accurate compliance records digital files and system data while resolving discrepancies and assisting with enquiries
