Who you are

• Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)
• Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner or similar role
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide insights and recommendations
• Proficient in financial modeling and use of financial software and tools (e.g., Excel) to perform data manipulation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels

• Building effective working relationships with key stakeholders and collaborating with operational teams to understand key business drivers
• Preparing monthly reporting packs including specific analysis to meet the organization's needs as it continues to grow
• Analyzing financial performance, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to support decision-making
• Assisting in the preparation of budgets and forecasts for the business
• Monitoring and controlling operational expenditure and identifying opportunities for cost reduction
• Scenario planning/financial modeling for new or existing products and initiatives
• Identifying and seeking to mitigate risks and opportunities
