Requirements
- Senior finance leader with 20+ years experience
- Director vice president or equivalent finance leadership background
- Experience managing finance teams and coaching individuals
- Experience from technology or tech-adjacent environments
- Strong emotional intelligence and self-awareness
- Growth mindset and passion for coaching
- Ability to work in a changing startup environment
- Availability for 12+ hours per month
- Commitment to coach for 24+ months
- Based in North America or Europe

Day to day
- Provide 1:1 coaching to Mento members through virtual sessions using the Mento Platform and Tools
- Support members in setting clear goals improving leadership communicating effectively and solving workplace problems
- Communicate with members between sessions through email and in-app chat while sharing coaching insights and tools
- Participate in ongoing training and contribute to a supportive coaching community that helps people thrive
