Requirements
- College diploma or university degree in computer science or a business-related discipline
- More than 5 years of experience in a clinical trial environment
- Good understanding of finance control and financial reporting in a business setting
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking
- Good understanding of IT and data capture systems
- Ability to train others on systems and processes
- Excellent organization time management attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Sound knowledge of clinical processes and Good Clinical Practice
- Excellent communication analytical and problem-solving skills

Day to day
- Support delivery of the Global Clinical R&D portfolio and clinical projects within agreed productivity, budget and inspection-ready quality standards.
- Lead business and process improvement initiatives to strengthen business outcomes and implement approved improvements across the organization.
- Provide financial forecasting, reporting, system support and analysis across clinical systems while partnering with finance, local teams and stakeholders.
