Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration or Healthcare Management
- 5-10 years of FP&A or corporate finance experience preferably in healthcare or hospital operations
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills with data analysis tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Strong analytical presentation and communication skills with a business partnering mindset
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence strategy and financial outcomes
- High integrity strong attention to detail and data accuracy focus
- Preferred MBA or CPA certification
- Preferred 10+ years of healthcare analytics or hospital FP&A experience
- Preferred experience with Workday Adaptive Planning ERP systems or enterprise reporting tools
- Preferred success improving P&L performance margin analysis and contract profitability

Day to day
- Serve as a strategic finance partner to operations leadership and hospital administrators, shaping financial plans and profitability insights.
- Develop and maintain forecasts, budgets, variance analyses, dashboards, and KPI reporting for a large hospital portfolio.
- Deliver clear presentations and actionable recommendations that support contract negotiations, operational efficiency, and business growth.
