Requirements
- 12+ years of professional experience in Finance Investment Banking Private Equity Asset Management or Equity Research
- Strong expertise in financial modeling valuation forecasting and market analysis
- Experience with DCF LBO M&A Modeling Comparable Company Analysis and Financial Forecasting
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Exposure to AI/LLM projects data annotation prompt engineering or fintech applications is highly preferred
- Ability to evaluate complex financial workflows with strong attention to detail
- Must be currently based in the USA

Day to day
- Define and document real-world finance workflows for AI model evaluation
- Create evaluation frameworks test cases and success criteria for financial research and analysis tasks
- Assess AI model capabilities across financial statement analysis valuation market research risk assessment and investment workflows
- Support data annotation prompt engineering and quality assurance activities
- Provide expert feedback to improve AI model performance and accuracy
- Collaborate with AI and engineering teams on workflow design and validation
