  • Solid accounting fundamentals and ability to own books and close independently
  • Experience owning FP&A at a growth-stage consumer or DTC brand
  • Direct experience modeling retail unit economics
  • Comfort building and formalizing accounting and FP&A processes
  • Ability to communicate financial complexity to non-finance stakeholders

Day to day

  • Own full-charge bookkeeping, monthly close, and preparation of accurate financial statements.
  • Build budgeting, forecasting, variance reporting, and contribution margin models for retail and DTC channels.
  • Partner with the founding team on pricing, SKU strategy, door count, channel expansion, and finance infrastructure.
