Requirements
- Qualified Accountant ACA ACCA or CIMA
- Significant post-qualified finance experience ideally in FinTech Payments Banking or SaaS
- Strong financial reporting budgeting and forecasting experience
- Experience preparing management accounts and overseeing month-end processes
- Excellent financial modelling and analytical skills
- Experience partnering with senior business stakeholders to influence decision-making
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards financial controls and audit processes
- Excellent communication and organisational skills with ability to manage competing priorities

Day to day
- Lead financial reporting budgeting forecasting and month-end close activities
- Own the annual external audit process and maintain robust financial controls
- Produce financial analysis modelling and insights that inform strategic decisions
- Partner with senior stakeholders across the business to improve commercial performance and support sustainable growth
