Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field; MBA and/or CPA preferred
- 10+ years of progressive finance experience, preferably in CPG beverage alcohol or inventory-related industries
- Strong command of corporate finance and accounting principles across P&L Balance Sheet and Cash Flow
- Advanced Excel skills including formulas filters pivot tables macros and data formatting
- Ability to analyze large datasets and work with Power BI and other BI platforms
- Familiarity with ERP EPM and Business Intelligence systems
- Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to improve processes and automate workflows
- Strong analytical decision-making interpersonal written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work independently lead projects and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Day to day
- Partner with senior leadership to drive enterprise performance visibility and support key business decisions
- Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews, turning financial results into clear insights and executive narratives
- Own rolling forecasts, long-range planning, and scenario modeling while improving reporting speed and planning accuracy
- Manage and develop a team of analysts, building accountability, rigor, and cross-functional collaboration
