Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or equivalent required.
  • 8-10 years of experience, with at least 5 years in accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of tax regulations and SAP (FI/CO, SD) use is essential.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Effective interpersonal skills to manage and influence behaviors.
  • Fluency in English; German language skills are advantageous.
  • Capacity to solve complex problems and prioritize competing projects.

Nice to have

  • Fluent in German
  • Strong SAP proficiency

Day to day

  • Lead MHP Consulting UK’s finance function.
  • Manage day-to-day financial operations.
  • Oversee accounting and controlling functions.
  • Execute core accounting processes such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger.
  • Conduct financial forecasting, modelling, and reporting.
  • Prepare cashflow forecasts, monthly and year-end closings, and annual financial statements.
  • Develop and maintain financial projection models.
  • Promote data-driven decision making and support reporting.
  • Collaborate with group finance to optimize processes.
