- Comfortable serving as the primary finance contact for external clients or payers
- Healthcare or regulated-industry experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required

Day to day
- Lead and develop a finance operations team of 5-10 in a regulated environment.
- Own end-to-end deposit processing cash application refund issuance and collections with a strong focus on accuracy and control.
