Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 10+ years of accounting or finance experience in a manufacturing environment
- 5+ years of budgeting and forecasting experience
- Strong knowledge of cost accounting GAAP and manufacturing financial controls
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP
- Strong analytical problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Excellent communication skills for complex financial concepts
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple deadlines independently
Day to day
- Lead financial oversight across 27 North American manufacturing sites, ensuring accurate costing and strong operational visibility.
- Partner closely with Operations and Supply Chain leaders to drive cost discipline, assess investment decisions, and support network optimization.
- Manage forecasting, planning, reporting, controls, and a small analyst team while improving plant performance through clear KPIs and corrective action.
