Requirements
- Recognised professional qualification ACA ACCA CIMA CIPFA AAT or part qualification
- Experience in a similar role
- Good knowledge of charity finances
- Experience with charities and/or volunteer organisations
- Articulate written, visual, verbal communication skills
- Fluency in English
- Digital literate including advanced Excel
- Ability to build relationships with project teams and guide colleagues on financial matters
- Hands-on with a can-do attitude
- Experience preparing management accounts, analysis and commentary
- Produce timely, accurate, clear reports for monitoring, management, strategic development
Nice to have
- Charity finance knowledge
- Volunteer experience
Day to day
- Support the Head of Finance in day-to-day project running
- Ensure governance across all financial operations
- Touch upon all aspects of charitable finances
