Requirements
- Hands-on experience in financial ERP projects including implementation launch and go-live
- Proficient in NetSuite or Bitwave at least one required
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in finance financial systems or ERP roles
- Fluent in Chinese and English written and spoken
- NetSuite admin experience with configuration work
- ERP go-live or UAT experience
- English fluency for US location
- Spanish bilingual for Mexico City

Day to day
- Lead or support NetSuite and Bitwave ERP implementation work, including configuration testing and data migration.
- Own the NetSuite system and help ensure a smooth official go-live plus post-launch stabilization.
- Optimize financial operations troubleshoot system issues and strengthen cross-regional collaboration between finance teams.
