    What the job involves

    • Integrate NetSuite with the rest of existing tech stack such as P2P Billing CRM Ticketing System and HRiS
    • Foster NetSuite adoption by training other departmental users on its functionality
    • Monitor and troubleshoot Finance systems performance including process technical and script issues
    • Develop and maintain financial reports to support decision-making processes
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within NetSuite and other adjacent solutions
    • Streamline financial workflows to enhance efficiency
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and integrations
    • Implement and maintain internal controls and segregation of duties to safeguard financial data
    • Assist audits by providing necessary documentation
    • Lead the maintenance of order intake approval process as part of Finance Operations tasks
    • Clearly document and communicate operating procedures as part of internal knowledge base
