What the job involves
- Integrate NetSuite with the rest of existing tech stack such as P2P Billing CRM Ticketing System and HRiS
- Foster NetSuite adoption by training other departmental users on its functionality
- Monitor and troubleshoot Finance systems performance including process technical and script issues
- Develop and maintain financial reports to support decision-making processes
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within NetSuite and other adjacent solutions
- Streamline financial workflows to enhance efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and integrations
- Implement and maintain internal controls and segregation of duties to safeguard financial data
- Assist audits by providing necessary documentation
- Lead the maintenance of order intake approval process as part of Finance Operations tasks
- Clearly document and communicate operating procedures as part of internal knowledge base
