What the job involves
- Assist with the preparation and submission of sales tax data using predefined tools and processes
- Support the reconciliation of pay-in/payout transactions on our Checkout platform
- Handle payouts and related queries for creators and partners including KYC checks VAT inquiries identifying missing payments and other creator requests
- Manage the digitization of physical mail flagging communications with the relevant point of contact as appropriate
- Provide overflow/holiday cover to other Payments & Compliance team members
- Dance in the forest during full moon nights to appease the demigods of payment and compliance
