Requirements
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in bookkeeping accounts or finance operations
- Impeccable integrity and discretion with access to bank accounts and sensitive data
- Proven experience with cloud accounting software Xero strongly preferred
- Experience in accounts receivable collections and confident customer calling
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Based in Northern Ireland with availability for occasional in-person meetings
- Willing to work later finish twice a week for North American customers

Day to day
- Own day-to-day finance operations including customer billing collections payables and bookkeeping
- Manage subscription billing in Maxio and issue accurate invoices for new subscriptions renewals upgrades and credits
- Lead accounts receivable collections by monitoring aging reports contacting customers and resolving overdue balances professionally
